Dare to be Different

Finding your path in life (and your career) is about doing what you love, not just copying others.

Good morning to all of you!

I have three important things topics to discuss with you on this fine Sunday ⛄️

Dare to be different

Finding your path in life (and your career) is about doing what you love, not just copying others. David and I decided to keep our No-Code agency small on purpose. We could have made it big, hired lots of people, and worked on tons of projects. But we didn't want that. Instead, we chose to only work on five special projects in the last six months. This makes us happy because we earn good money and still have time to do other things that were passionate about.

So here’s a CRAZY idea for you: Do what makes you happy, not just what makes other people lots of money. I know some people who run big nocode agencies but they aren't really happy. In fact, some think that they sold their soul to the devil 👿. A bit of an exaggeration, but you get it. We only get one life, so we should make it as fun as we can by doing things we love.

So, my advice is this: don't just do the easy stuff. Find out what you really like, start there, and then see how you can make it really great. Being different and being yourself is the best way to be!

Stay bold, stay inspired,

JJ

🎧 This Week in NoCode

You all know NoCode MBA, right? It's one of the top nocode education companies out there. And this week, we had the opportunity to interview the founder, Seth, on "This Week in NoCode".

During our conversation, we discussed his journey in getting started with nocode, his observations on the nocode education industry, and his thoughts on the future of NoCode. It's another great episode, and you can listen to it below or find us on all podcasting platforms!

My Twitter Suspension, Again 🤦🏼‍♂️

I'm at a bit of a loss regarding my recent suspension on Twitter.

It’s honestly very frustrating. I’m a paying user, that has provided years of value to their platform (10,000 + tweets) over the past 5 years to be exact.

Yet, I can’t even get a real person to review my account. Especially when they're issuing automated suspensions in mass numbers, it's not right to have a fully automated suspension and support system - as it leaves decent accounts completely stranded like mine, without any opportunity for clarification or resolution.

Here’s the tweet that I got suspended for, which they counted as “spam”, suspending me, erasing all of my followers, and 10,000+ posts.

And no, Philip didn’t get suspended for starting this trend 🙈 Damn you, Philip!

I’m not one to give up, especially when I’m a victim to something I didn’t do. So while I continue to file daily appeals (hoping to reach a real person one day), it’d be safe if you could follow my back up account on X, where I’ll continue to try and add value on daily basis.

In the meantime, if you’re someone that is building an audience, don’t rely on X for anything. Make sure you’re driving your audience to your email channel - something that you actually own.

Cause the truth of the matter is, any day could be your last day on X. Platform lock is real, folks. ☠️

Below is what my backup account looks like. You can click on it to view and follow 🙏🏽
